Can I prepare chicken pasta ahead of time?

Yes, you can prep the ingredients (chop chicken, mince garlic, etc.) up to a day in advance and store them in the fridge. Cook everything fresh when ready to serve for the best texture.

What if I don’t have heavy cream?

Half-and-half or a mixture of milk and a tablespoon of cornstarch can work, though the sauce will be less rich. Coconut milk is a great dairy-free alternative.
