Can I use flour tortillas instead of corn?

Yes, though corn tortillas provide a more authentic texture. Flour tortillas may become a bit mushy.u003cbru003e

Is this recipe spicy?

Not really! The green chilies add flavor, not heat. For spice-lovers, toss in some cayenne or jalapeños.

Can I make this dairy-free?

Yes. Substitute with dairy-free cheese and sour cream alternatives.

How long does it take to bake?

About 20–25 minutes at 350°F, just enough for it to bubble and brown on top.

Can I double the recipe?

Absolutely. Use a larger baking dish or divide into two pans for sharing or freezing.u003cbru003e

What can I serve it with?

Tortilla chips, avocado salad, Spanish rice, or even a side of salsa verde.
