Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and crumbly (7-10 minutes).
Stir in cream of mushroom soup and season with salt and pepper.
Transfer the beef mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer tater tots on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and hot.
