Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
In a bowl, whisk 🥣 flour, 🧂 baking powder, baking soda, salt, and 🍂 cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk 🧈 melted butter, 🍬 sugar, 🍯 brown sugar, 🥛 milk, 🥚 eggs, and 🥄 vanilla.
Slowly fold dry mixture into wet mixture until just combined. Gently stir in 🍎 diced apples.
Divide batter evenly into muffin cups, filling about 3/4 full.
For streusel, combine 🥣 flour, 🍯 brown sugar, and 🧂 cinnamon, then cut in 🧈 butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter.
