1cupsliced cucumbers

Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
Add chicken pieces to the marinade, mix well, and let sit for 15 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat, add the marinated chicken, and cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until charred and cooked through.
