1/4cup25 g unsweetened cocoa powder (Dutch-processed or raw cacao)
1/4cup60 ml pure maple syrup or honey (or monk fruit sweetener for low-carb)
1/4cup60 ml coconut milk or almond milk (full-fat for creamier texture)
1teaspoonvanilla extractor vanilla bean paste
A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Scoop ripe avocado flesh into a food processor or blender. Measure remaining ingredients and keep ready.
Add cocoa powder, maple syrup/honey, milk, vanilla, and salt to the blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape sides as needed.
Taste the mousse. Add more sweetener for extra sweetness or cocoa powder for richer chocolate flavor. Blend again. (Optional: add a pinch of espresso powder to intensify chocolate)
