These crispy baked zucchini fries are easy to make and a healthier alternative to deep-fried French fries. Coated with breadcrumbs and Parmesan, they're perfect as a snack or side dish.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, lightly greased with cooking spray.
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and slice into 1/2 x 1/2 x 4-inch sticks.
Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and seasoned salt in a shallow bowl.
Dip zucchini sticks into melted butter, then coat in breadcrumb mixture.
