Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
- Fold the vinegar mixture into the warm cooked sushi rice.
- Spread the seasoned rice evenly into a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the furikake seasoning over the rice.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
