Instructions
In a jar or bowl, stir together coffee, milk, vanilla, and honey/maple syrup.
Mix in oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
Cover the container and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
Stir well in the morning. If too thick, add a splash of milk to loosen the texture.
Top with dark chocolate chips and Greek yogurt, or extras like fresh berries, banana slices, or nut butter.
Enjoy cold, or microwave for 30-60 seconds if you prefer it warm.
