Instructions
Slice the tomatoes and the fresh mozzarella cheese into even ΒΌ-inch thick rounds.
On a large serving platter, arrange the tomato slices, mozzarella slices, and fresh basil leaves in an alternating pattern.
Generously season the layered salad with flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Right before serving, drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the top.
