Ingredients

Instructions

- In another bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing cookies apart.
- Spoon a small amount of strawberry jam onto each dough ball.
- Gently swirl the jam into the surface using a toothpick or knife.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
