Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in garlic powder, fajita seasoning, salt, and black pepper, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add sliced red and green bell peppers, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Divide cooked white rice into serving bowls, then top with the beef and pepper mixture.
Add a dollop of sour cream to each bowl, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and place a lime wedge on the side.
Serve warm, squeezing lime juice over the bowl before eating if desired.
