Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease ramekins with butter and cocoa powder.
Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until slightly thick.
Add sourdough starter to the egg mixture and mix until combined.
Slowly fold the melted chocolate into the mixture.
Add flour and salt, then gently mix until smooth.
Divide the batter evenly into prepared ramekins.
Bake for 8-12 minutes until edges are set and centers remain soft.
Let rest for 1-2 minutes, then carefully invert onto plates.
Serve immediately while warm and gooey.
