Ingredients
- 16 ounces 2 blocks full-fat cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons BBQ seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives for garnish
- Hot honey for drizzling (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Remove the cream cheese from its packaging and place it in an aluminum pan or cast iron skillet.
- Using a sharp knife, score the top of each block in a diamond pattern about ½ inch deep.
- Brush the cream cheese lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle the BBQ seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper evenly over the top and sides.
- Place the pan in the preheated smoker.
- Smoke for about 2 hours, or until the outside is browned and lightly crusted while the inside is soft and creamy.
- Remove the cream cheese from the smoker and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives and drizzle with hot honey if desired.
- Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, pita chips, or fresh vegetables.
