Instructions
Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper to make the sauce.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef with garlic over medium-high heat until browned; drain excess fat.
Add broccoli and mushrooms to the skillet, stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender.
Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables, add cooked noodles, and toss to coat evenly; cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
