Pecan Pie Bark
This pecan pie bark recipe transforms classic Southern pecan pie flavors into a quick, irresistible candy-like treat. Made with graham crackers, buttery caramel, and roasted pecans, it’s sweet, crunchy, and ready in just 20 minutes. - Saucepan
- Parchment paper or aluminum foil
- Wooden spoon or heatproof spatula

Ingredients
- 13 full sheets of honey graham crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter 2 sticks
- 1 cup light brown sugar packed
- 2 cups pecan halves roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt optional for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Arrange graham crackers side by side to cover the entire pan surface.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar together. Stir constantly until the mixture begins to boil.
- Once boiling, continue stirring for 3 minutes until thickened slightly and caramel-colored.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in vanilla extract and you can add the chopped pecans now or add on top after.
- Pour the hot caramel evenly over the graham crackers, spreading gently with a spatula.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly across the top, pressing lightly into the caramel.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the caramel bubbles and the pecans are lightly toasted.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a cool surface.
- Once completely cooled and hardened, break into irregular pieces and enjoy.
