Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
Mix in mashed bananas and peanut butter until well combined, then gradually add the dry ingredients, stirring until just incorporated.
Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars and serving.
