Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, creamy peanut butter, canola oil, egg, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
Stir in all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just blended, then fold in chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
