Ingredients

Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add ground meat and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
Add cabbage and carrots to the pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Stir in green onions just before serving.
