3cupscooked rotini pasta
Β½cupcrumbled cotija cheese
1can black beansdrained and rinsed
1red bell pepperdiced
4green onionssliced
ΒΌcupchopped cilantro
1tspgarlic powder
1tspchili powder
Juice of 1 lime
Β½cupsour cream
ΒΌcupmayonnaise
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook π rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
