Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, toss the quartered potatoes with olive oil, melted butter, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add half of the crumbled bacon and half the cheddar cheese to the potatoes and stir to combine.
Spread the potato mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon, and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
