Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together 🧈 softened butter, 🍬 granulated sugar, and 🍯 brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add 🥜 peanut butter, 🥚 eggs, and 🌿 vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 🌾 flour, 🥄 baking soda, and 🧂 salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Stir in half of the 🍫 chocolate chips and half of the 🍬 toffee bits into the dough.
Press about ⅔ of the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 🍬 unwrapped caramels and 🥛 heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
Pour the caramel mixture over the cookie dough layer, spreading evenly.
Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough over the caramel, then sprinkle with the remaining 🍫 chocolate chips and 🍬 toffee bits.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are set.
Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
