Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Stir in shredded chicken, jalapeños, half of the cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
Add crumbled bacon evenly across the casserole.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
Remove from oven and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
