Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat 🍗 chicken thighs dry and season both sides with 🧂 salt and 🧂 black pepper.
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 🛢️ olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the 🍗 chicken thighs, skin-side down, until golden and crispy (about 4–5 minutes). Flip and sear the other side for 2 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add 🍯 honey, 🍷 balsamic vinegar, 🧄 garlic, 🌿 thyme, 🌿 rosemary, and 🌶️ red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).
Return the chicken to the skillet, skin-side up. Spoon glaze over each piece.
Transfer skillet to the oven and roast for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and skin is caramelized.
Spoon extra sauce from the pan over the chicken before serving.
