Instructions
Add oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and salt to a mixing bowl or jar.
Stir until all ingredients are fully combined and oats are evenly moistened.
Cover the container tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
In the morning, stir well and adjust consistency with a splash of milk if desired.
Add your selected flavor topping or topping combination. Serve cold or gently warmed.
