Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Add the orzo, chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, olive oil, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper to a baking dish and stir to combine.
Arrange the chicken pieces evenly over the orzo mixture.
Cover the dish tightly with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, stir gently, and sprinkle feta cheese over the top.
Return to the oven uncovered and bake for 10 more minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the orzo is tender.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
