These Garlic Chicken and Broccoli Noodles Bowls are a quick and flavorful one-pan dinner made with juicy garlic chicken, tender noodles, crisp broccoli, and a savory homemade sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights, meal prep, or whenever you’re craving a comforting takeout-style meal at home.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, chicken broth, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water until smooth.
Season the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked through.
Transfer the chicken to a plate.
In the same skillet add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
