Ingredients

sirloin steak
cut into bite-size cubes

medium zucchini
sliced into half moons

Instructions
Pat the steak dry with paper towels and cut into bite-sized cubes.
Place steak in a bowl and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Toss well.
Slice zucchini into thick half moons and mince the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak pieces in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and caramelized.
Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
Add zucchini to the same pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until lightly golden and tender.
Lower heat slightly and add butter to the skillet.
Stir in garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return steak to the skillet and toss everything together until coated in the garlic butter sauce.
Cook for 1-2 more minutes until heated through.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Garnish with lemon slices and serve warm.
