Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Whisk the melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Fold in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
Gently fold in the M&Ms and sprinkles, saving some for the top.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan and top with the remaining candies.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
