Fireworks Blondies
Fast and easy 4th of July dessert with M&Ms and sprinkles.
Equipment
- 1 9x13-inch baking pan
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Whisk
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter melted
- 2 cups Brown sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup M&Ms (red, white, blue)
- 1/2 cup Patriotic sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk the melted butter and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Fold in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
- Gently fold in the M&Ms and sprinkles, saving some for the top.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and top with the remaining candies.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
