Ingredients
- 16 ounces Velveeta cheese cubed
- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies (do not drain) (10-ounce)
- ½ pound ground breakfast sausage cooked and drained
Instructions
- Cut the Velveeta cheese into small cubes for even melting.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until fully browned and no longer pink. Drain excess grease.
- Reduce heat to low and add the cubed Velveeta cheese to the skillet with the cooked sausage.
- Pour the entire can of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies into the skillet without draining.
