250gegg noodles
4clovesgarlicminced
⅓cupsoy sauce
3tablespoonshoney
1tablespoonsesame oil
1tablespooncornstarch
½cupwater
2tablespoonsvegetable oil
2green onionssliced
1tablespoonsesame seeds
Instructions
Cut the chicken into even bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with cornstarch and toss until lightly coated.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles just until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and water until combined.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken to the hot skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through.
Pour the garlic sauce mixture into the skillet with the chicken and let it simmer gently, stirring, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
Add the cooked noodles directly to the skillet and toss continuously until every noodle is evenly coated in the sticky sauce.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the sauce and become shiny and sticky.
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
