Easy Biscoff Truffles
These Easy Biscoff Truffles are smooth, rich, and irresistibly creamy, made with just four simple ingredients. No baking required, only a little mixing, chilling, and dipping. A perfect dessert for parties, gifting, or whenever your sweet tooth strikes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup 250g Biscoff spread
- 10-12 Biscoff cookies crushed finely (about 1 cup)
- 4 oz 115g cream cheese, softened
- 200 g white chocolate melted for coating
Instructions
- Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and Biscoff spread until smooth and creamy.
- Add the crushed cookies and stir until a thick dough forms.
- Scoop small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll into smooth balls using your hands.
- Place the rolled truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for about 30-45 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in short microwave bursts, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate, coating evenly. Let excess chocolate drip off.
- Place the coated truffles back on the tray and drizzle with extra Biscoff spread or sprinkle with cookie crumbs for garnish.
- Chill for another 15 minutes or until the chocolate has set. Serve or store as desired.
