- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
- 12 ounces 340 g penne pasta
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves peeled
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Add the cherry tomatoes to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
- Scatter the garlic cloves around the feta.
