Ingredients
- 3 cups 510g semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 14-ounce/396g can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.
- Add the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a medium saucepan.
- Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula.

- Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper.
