Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and press the pie crust into a 9-inch deep-dish pie pan, fluting the edges.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with minced garlic until browned, about 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
Season the beef with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, then stir in pizza sauce and simmer for 3 minutes.
Spread the beef mixture evenly into the pie crust, then layer with 1 cup of cheddar cheese and top with pepperoni slices.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the pepperoni and bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
