Crispy Hot Honey Chicken Tenders

Hot Honey Sauce

apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix buttermilk and eggs. Add the chicken and let it soak for a few minutes.
In another bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Remove chicken from the wet mixture, coat in the flour mixture, dip again in the wet mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Let the coated chicken rest for 10 minutes.
For frying, heat oil to 175°C and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and place on a wire rack.
For air frying, preheat air fryer to 200°C, spray chicken lightly with oil, and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
For baking, preheat oven to 220°C, place chicken on a wire rack over a baking sheet, and bake for 18-20 minutes until crispy.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, and vinegar. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Drizzle or toss the cooked chicken tenders in the hot honey sauce just before serving.
