Ingredients

large chicken breasts

Instructions
Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips or bites.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip into eggs, then cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the chicken strips until golden brown and crispy, about 4–5 minutes per side.
Remove chicken and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave.
Add lettuce and tomato slices onto each tortilla, and place crispy chicken strips on top.
Drizzle with mayonnaise or ranch sauce, and sprinkle shredded cheese over the filling.
Fold the tortilla tightly into a wrap, then cut in half and serve immediately.
