In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined and creamy.
Warm the tortillas for a few seconds in the microwave to make them easier to roll.
Place about 2 tablespoons of filling near one edge of each tortilla.
Roll each tortilla tightly into a taquito shape and place seam-side down.
