Ingredients

breadcrumbs

milk

garlic

ketchup

Worcestershire sauce

For the glaze:
1/3
cup
ketchup
2
tbsp
brown sugar
1
tsp
mustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley, and mix well.
Add ground beef, and breadcrumbs.
Gently mix everything together until just combined without overworking the meat.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking tray or in a loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze.
Spread half of the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven, spread remaining glaze on top.
Return to oven and bake for another 20 minutes or until fully cooked (internal temp 160°F / 70°C).
Remove from oven and let it rest before slicing.
