Ingredients

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gradually add the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Let the batter rest for 5 minutes if desired.
Heat about 2-3 inches of oil in a deep pan to 375°F (190°C).
Pour the batter into a funnel or squeeze bottle.
Carefully drizzle the batter into the hot oil in circular and crisscross patterns.
Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove using tongs and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
While still warm, dust generously with powdered sugar.
Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
