Ingredients

- ½ teaspoon salt
Cinnamon Sugar Swirl:
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until fully combined.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet just until combined. Do not overmix.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and granulated sugar for swirl.
- Spread half of the batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar evenly.
- Spoon remaining batter over and gently swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 23-26 minutes or until edges are set and center is slightly soft.
- Cool in the pan for 30 minutes before slicing.
