Optional:
garlic powder, shredded cheese, fresh herbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pour melted butter into a baking dish.
Spread shredded chicken evenly over the butter.
Add peas and carrots on top of the chicken.
In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup with chicken broth.
Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and milk until smooth.
Carefully pour the batter over the mixture, do not stir.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
