Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out biscuit dough on a greased pizza pan to form a crust.
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Stir in flour, salt, and pepper into the sausage. Gradually add milk and butter, stirring until thickened into a gravy.
Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the biscuit crust. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Whisk eggs and pour over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the crust is golden.
