Instructions
Boil the pasta in heavily salted water one minute past al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain the fat and let it cool.
Whisk the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, and white vinegar in a small bowl until smooth.
Chop the dill pickles, quarter the tomatoes, and shred the iceberg lettuce.
In a large bowl, combine the cold pasta, beef, cheddar cheese, pickles, and tomatoes. Pour the dressing over and toss well.
Fold in the shredded iceberg lettuce right before serving.
