Wash all berries and gently pat them dry. Peel, core, and chop the fresh pineapple into even chunks. Hull and slice the strawberries.
In a large serving bowl, gently toss together the chopped pineapple, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together the freshly squeezed lime juice, chopped fresh mint leaves, and a drizzle of honey or agave syrup.
Carefully pour the dressing evenly over the mixed fruit. Gently fold everything together until all the fruit is coated. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 to 60 minutes.
Right before serving, give the salad one final gentle toss and garnish with a few extra sprigs of fresh mint.
