Instructions
In a large bowl, combine diced avocados, corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
Add chopped cilantro to the bowl, gently tossing to mix the ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chili powder (if using) to make the dressing.
