Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Break it into small crumbles as it cooks.
Stir in the chopped onion, diced green bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté 5–7 minutes until vegetables are soft and fragrant.
Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes to let flavors blend.
Add the cooked elbow macaroni to the skillet. Stir well to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
Let the dish rest 3-5 minutes, then serve warm with optional grated Parmesan cheese.
