large bananas, sliced

package fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mash together shortening and margarine. Beat in 1½ cups sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
Mix in dry ingredients to form a dough. Spread it into a 12x17-inch ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Mash cream cheese with remaining 1 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract until smooth.
Toss banana slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust evenly.
Decorate with blueberries in the top-left for stars, and alternate rows of strawberries and bananas for stripes.
Refrigerate until serving. Store leftovers covered in the fridge.
