This frozen watermelon lemonade is my go-to when the heat hits. It is fast, icy, and incredibly refreshing. Skip the heavy syrups, this uses real fruit, gets completely frosty, and is ready to drink in 5 minutes.

1tablespoonSweetenerpure honey or simple sugar syrup - optional

Instructions
Toss the frozen watermelon chunks, fresh lemon or lime juice, and cold water into your blender pitcher. If adding sweetener or mint leaves, drop them in now.
Pulse a few times on low speed to break the big chunks down and get things moving without overloading the motor.
Turn the speed up to high and let it run until completely smooth and slushy. If the blades get stuck, use a spatula to push the fruit down and add a tiny splash of water.
Pour the thick, icy mixture straight into cold glasses and drink it right away.
