Ingredients
Blueberry Puree

Fresh blueberries

tablespoon
Lemon juice
Yogurt Mixture

Greek yogurt
full-fat preferred

Honey or Maple Syrup
Instructions
Blend the blueberries, lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey until smooth.
Whisk the Greek yogurt and remaining honey together in a separate bowl.
Alternate spoonfuls of the berry puree and yogurt mixture into popsicle molds.
Swirl with a skewer, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
Run the molds briefly under warm water to release the popsicles and enjoy!
